Inspire Moore Winery FAQ’s

What is included in the rental?

Venue space per your contract, one-hour rehearsal within two weeks of your wedding, access to the bridal barn for the duration of your event, an upscale bathroom trailer, ada bathroom, farm tables (15) and chairs (150), a layout to scale of your reception space, full access to the grounds for photo opportunities, garbage removal and a bottle of Inspire Moore ’Love’ wine for the bridal couple’s dinner table.

What is the venue responsible for?

Prior to the big day

The Winery will assist in the planning process to bring your vision to life. We can provide recommendations/options along with vendor introductions for caterers, florists, photographers, décor/stylists, DJs/bands, officiants, rentals and wedding planners.   45 to 30 days before your celebration, you will receive a Banquet Event Order (BEO) that describes your day from beginning to end, outlining timeframes, activities, layouts, on-site vendors with contact info and any special requests.   BEOs must be approved within 10 business days.

Rehearsal

Takes place one to two weeks before the wedding and can be confirmed within 90 days of the event, sometimes earlier depending on the day and time requested.    Unique rehearsal dinners can also be arranged in numerous areas of the Vineyard or Roots Cafe.

Day of wedding

One on-site staff person who will be your key contact throughout the event, all beverages and bartenders, arrangements of your ceremony/reception tables and chairs, ensures cleanliness of all spaces and garbage removal.

Can Inspire Moore provide catering?

Beverage

The Winery provides all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Late Night Snacks

Pizza and alternative snacks can be provided at an additional price.

Food

The Winery does NOT provide food catering.   You are free to bring in your favorite caterers.    We can also provide recommendations of our favorites that have been at the venue and we would highly recommend, depending on your preferences.

Can group tastings or tours be arranged?

Absolutely, we love showing off our venue and meeting guests.   Unique experiences can be arranged, such as private group tastings in a unique atmosphere, tours of the vineyard or a meet & greet with the winemaker, etc.  Tell us what you’re looking for and we will customize a package.

What overnight accommodations are close to the Winery?

If you looking for traditional accommodations, we would recommend the newly renovated Naples Hotel. We would also highly recommend exploring the abundance of short-term unique rentals within the Naples and greater Finger Lakes area.   Properties range from lovely houses right in town to traditional bed & breakfasts, large homes on the lake or fine estate rentals. When are the grapes on the vines and when is harvest?

The grapes in our vineyard are Concord grapes and they are typically harvested in mid-September.

What are the ceremony Arbor measurements?

The arbor is 12’ across by 10’ front to back.

What are the farm table dimensions?

Length: 9 feet

Width: 40 inches

Height: 30 inches

Tables seat 6 to 10 guests – 3 on each side, 4 on each side or 4 on each side and 2 guests at the end.

Should we rent tablecloths?

The farm tables are part of the décor within the venue and look great without tablecloths.  We recommend a runner for a finished look with your tablescape.  That being said this your vision and tablecloths can be rented directly through Nolan’s or McCarthy’s, at an additional charge.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we are animal lovers too, but they do need a handler.

Is there handicap accessibility?

Golf cart pick-up and drop-off can be pre-arranged.  Guests with limitations can be dropped off/picked up at the venue entrance, however, cars can’t stage at the location and will have to park in the lot.  An ADA bathroom is also available.

Can I get into the Bridal Barn earlier than 12:00 PM?

The venue rental is from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.   If an earlier arrival is needed, the cost is $50.00 an hour to cover staffing costs.

Is there air conditioning/heat in the bridal barn, tent or pavilion?

There is air conditioning in the Groomsmen room and the Barrel room. Fans and heaters are available.

Can I drop off my décor items prior to our wedding day?

Décor can be dropped off one day in advance.

Décor set-up can be done on the venue rental day starting at 12:00 pm.   Earlier times can be arranged if advised and agreed to in advance.  All items must be removed from the venue by 11:00 PM on the rental day, so the cleaning crew can set up for the following day’s activities.

Can I leave my items and pick them up at a future date?

What is the payment required to confirm a date and future payments?

100% of the venue rental fee is required to confirm a date after the proposal and contract have been executed.   Your balance will be split between two equal payments.

We accept all major credit cards and checks.  We do not accept cash.
