Currently, the only St. Laurent produced in the Finger Lakes region. One of the 

first releases from our 2022 reserve series. This is a "big," yet elegant red wine

for the Finger Lakes. With primary aromas of plum, bramble fruit, and dark cherry.

And secondary aromas of molasses and sweet tobacco.

What is St. Laurent?

St. Laurent is a highly aromatic Austrian red grape varietal. It is believed to be the

offspring of Pinot Noir and Savagnin. It is the third most widely planted red varietal in

Austria, behind Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. Along with Blaufrankisch, it is a parent

grape to Zweigelt.

Food Pairings

Roast duck with cherry glaze, Venison stew, pork schnitzel, salmon with mushroom

risotto, or mushroom and goat cheese tart
