Venue Spaces & Highlights

Take over the entire property and host a variety of activities across multiple locations. Begin your special day with guest arrivals and pre-cocktails at the Pavilion, followed by a ceremony overlooking the vineyard and a reception in the Vineyard Tent. End the night with an after-party under the Pavilion lights, featuring a live band or DJ, our outdoor bar, and a pizza station. Outdoor fire pits can also be arranged. Whatever your vision, we’ll bring it to life!

Vineyard Tent

Our newly created event space is perfect for large celebrations, featuring a 40×100-ft tent with a wood floor, lighting, and a capacity of up to 250 guests. It includes 18 farm tables, cross-back chairs for 150, a built-in bar, adjacent parking, and an attached 7-stall bathroom trailer. Additional chairs can be ordered through a third-party vendor if needed.

1860 Bridal Barn

Prepare for your big day in our charming 1860 barn, featuring separate, air-conditioned spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen. The bridal side offers a spacious seating area, dressing room, and two lighted makeup stations, while the groomsmen’s side includes a leather couch and dressing area. The two rooms are connected by a door that can be kept open or locked for privacy.

Vineyard Ceremony

Exchange vows under our rustic arbor overlooking the vineyards, gardens, and mountains, with up to 150 white padded chairs included (additional chairs available upon request). Rain won’t stand in the way of your perfect day—your ceremony will seamlessly move to our beautiful covered space under an alternative wood arbor, with covered walkways connecting the bridal barn, pavilion, and wedding tent. Your guests can still mingle outdoors and enjoy the stunning views, all while staying dry. Ceremonies can take place anytime from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Vineyard Pavilion

The Pavilion is a quaint, rustic space connected to our 1860 timber wood barn, overlooking the vineyard and gardens. Perfect for smaller weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, and family celebrations, it features a 25 x 50-ft timber pavilion that accommodates up to 50 seated guests with round or farm tables and chairs. It can also serve as a reception or dancing area with a band or DJ on stage.

Tables, Chairs, & Décor

Includes 18 farm tables, 150 cross-back chairs, white gauze runners, antique mirrors, wooden table numbers, and a rustic door for messages or seating charts—perfect for a personalized touch.

Outdoor Bar & Pizza Station

Add late-night artisanal pizzas, with more food options available on request. Beer and wine packages start at $26 per person, or $31 with spirits, all including soda, juice, and water.

Day of Coordinator

A dedicated coordinator ensures your plans are executed flawlessly, handles unexpected changes, and keeps your celebration on track. Includes 2 hours, with extra hours at $50/hour.

Event Support Staff

Two key contacts will ensure tables, chairs, and public areas are maintained as agreed. For extra help with décor, florals, buffets, and tablescapes, day-of support is available at $30/hour per person (4-hour minimum).

Additional Options & Services

Explore our outdoor bar and beverage packages, including a three-hour rehearsal dinner option, with catering available as an add-on. Enjoy intimate tastings in our Barrel Room or opt for private vineyard dinners for a unique culinary experience among the vines.

Outdoor Bar and Beverage Packages

Enhance your celebration with our outdoor bar and beverage packages! Outside beverages are not permitted. Our beer and wine package offers six taps—one domestic, four seasonal craft, and one hard cider—along with three selections of Inspire Moore Vineyard wines for just $26 per person for three hours. For $31 per person, enjoy a package that includes beer, wine, and Recipe 21 spirits. All options come with complimentary soda, juice, and water.

Specialty drink options, including pitcher servings of sangria and mimosas, as well as a Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar, are available upon request. Celebrate in style with refreshing infused water stations featuring basil & cucumber and citrus flavors!

Rehearsal Dinner & Private Vineyard Dinners

Host your rehearsal dinner in our scenic Vineyard Pavilion, available Monday to Thursday for $500 (up to 50 guests). Enjoy a three-hour beer and wine package at a discounted rate of $25 per person, featuring your choice of three wines, six beer options, soda, and water. A dedicated server, tables, chairs, and elegant table décor—including gauze runners, candles, and flowers—are all included with setup and breakdown.

For a more intimate experience, consider a private vineyard dinner—perfect for engagements. Available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM throughout the week, this option offers a romantic table setting for 2 to 4 guests within the vineyard. Catering can be arranged independently or through our options, and wine tastings are available at an additional charge. Private dinners are $500, creating a one-of-a-kind moment in a stunning location.

The Barrel Room

With an intimate view of our vineyard, this setting is perfect for rehearsal dinners, bachelorette parties, and smaller celebrations. Available Monday to Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, it accommodates up to 25 seated guests with tables, chairs, décor, and lighting included. A bathroom is conveniently located in the Tasting Room. Rental is $500.

Tastings

Enjoy a private group wine tasting for up to 25 guests in our Tasting Room, featuring five wines and light snacks for $35 per person. Larger groups can be accommodated in the Barrel Room or Vineyard Pavilion. Beer and spirit tastings are also available upon request.

Catering

We’re excited to partner with Roots Café in 2024, offering delicious buffet menus for your rehearsal dinner and charcuterie boards or hummus platters for your reception. If you have a favorite licensed caterer, they’re welcome too! After booking your event, we’ll provide a curated list of trusted vendors—from florists and photographers to DJs, bakeries, and local accommodations—so you can work with the best in the business and bring your vision to life effortlessly.

Pizza Station

Keep the celebration going with our late-night artisanal pizza station, where fresh, made-to-order pizzas satisfy your guests after hours. Choose from classic favorites like Cheese, Pepperoni, Margherita, or Veggie—each just $17.00. Craving more? Additional food options are available upon request—just ask for details and pricing, and we’ll help create the perfect menu to keep the party fueled and festive!
